The Public Schools of Petoskey's Title VI education programs are designed to support the unique cultural and academic needs of Native American students. The purpose is to strengthen students’ connection to their cultural identity, promote understanding and awareness within schools, and provide targeted academic and social support to help students succeed. Through culturally relevant activities, mentoring, advocacy, and family engagement, the Title VI program aims to create environments where Native students feel seen, valued, and equipped to thrive from early education through graduation.
